What the others really cost.
Two of the four biggest names in this category do not print a price anywhere on their websites. We are not going to characterise why. Below is what each one publishes, what third parties report where the vendor publishes nothing, and the cancellation term as written in their own agreements.
Not published
The pricing page says to talk to the sales team for details. Resellers and review sites report figures in the $399–599/month range, plus usage fees — as reported, not published by Podium.
Published terms §8.1: twelve-month initial term, automatic renewal, written notice of non-renewal at least one month before the term ends, and no cancelling mid-term.

The pricing page asks for your number of locations and your mobile number before it will quote. Review sites report roughly $299–449 per location per month — as reported, not published by Birdeye.
Published terms §2.3: agreements auto-renew for the same period unless written notice of non-renewal is given at least 90 days before the renewal date.

We publish our price because 67% of business buyers say they prefer a rep-free buying experience. Making a contractor sit through a discovery call to learn what something costs is a tax on his afternoon, and it is the first thing buyers in this category complain about.

FAQ
Billing questions
When am I billed?
On the same day each month, starting the day your first review requests go out — not the day you sign up. If setup runs long on our side, the clock does not start until the work does. Card on file, receipt by email, nothing else moves.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
If the first 30 days do not earn your trust, text or email us within those 30 days and your first month’s $399 comes back in full — no reason required, no form, no retention call. The 30 days start the day of your first charge, and your Trust Report shows every promise kept or missed with timestamps, so the decision is made from a record rather than a feeling.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Text us and you are done. There is no notice period, no offboarding call, and no retention offer. Your current month finishes out and nothing renews. Everything we hold on your behalf — profile access, templates, history — is handed back or removed on request.
Are there setup fees?
None. No onboarding fee, no implementation fee, no per-location fee, and no charge for the directory cleanup that happens in your first month. The $399 is the whole invoice, and the free audit before you start does not cost anything either.
Will the price change?
$399 is the price. If we ever raise it, existing clients keep the rate they signed at for as long as they stay. That is easy for us to promise because there is no contract holding you here — a price rise you disliked would just cost us the account.
See what we'd fix before you pay anything.
The free audit scores your Google profile out of 100, compares you with two or three competitors, and names the one thing costing you money right now. It arrives by text within 24 hours, from a person. There is no sales call attached to it and nothing to cancel afterwards.
