Privacy, in plain words.

Short version: we collect three things from the audit form and we use them to text you an audit.

What the audit form collects

Three fields, two of them required:

  • Your business name.
  • Your mobile number.
  • Your city, if you give it — it helps us find the right profile.

The form also records which page you submitted it from, so we know which part of the site is working. There is a hidden field on the form that only automated spam scripts fill in; if it is filled, we discard the submission.

What we do with it

We look up your Google Business Profile, run the audit by hand, and text it to you. If you don't reply, we send one follow-up message and then stop. If you become a client, we keep the same details to run the service and to contact you about your account.

What we never do

  • We never sell or rent your number or your business details.
  • We never add you to a call list or hand your number to a dialler.
  • We never share your details with another vendor as a lead.
  • We never send marketing texts you didn't ask for. The audit you requested and one follow-up is the whole of it.

Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately and delete the record.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from a third-party server — no tag manager, no pixel, no session recorder, no embedded fonts fetched from someone else's domain. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. Our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs, as every host does.

Who else touches your data

The audit request is delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider, and the site is hosted on a commercial hosting provider. Those two companies process the data on our behalf to deliver the message and serve the page. Nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

Audit requests that never become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept while the account is open and for 24 months afterwards, so that we can answer questions about work we did. Ask us to delete your record sooner and we will.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it — by reply, within a few days, without making you fill in a form. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL — pending].
