Google review link generator
What is a Google review link?
A Google review link is a URL that opens the review box for your business directly, with the star rating ready and the search step skipped. Send it in a text after the job and the customer writes a review in about twenty seconds instead of hunting for your listing and giving up.
Step 1
Find your Place ID.
Google gives every business listing an ID that looks something like ChIJN1t_tDeuEmsRUsoyG83frY4. It is not your business name and it is not your address.
- Open Google's own Place ID finder: developers.google.com Place ID finder.
- Type your business name and city into the search box on the map.
- Click your listing. The Place ID appears in the marker label — copy the string that starts with ChIJ.
- Paste it below.
Step 2
Get your link.

QR code — print it on the leave-behind
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your Place ID is never sent to Kingpost or to anyone else.
This link only works if someone sends it.
Kingpost sends it to every customer, every job — $399/month, done for you. Then we answer the reviews it produces, within one business day, in your voice.
FAQ
Questions about review links
Is this tool free?
Yes, and it runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or to anyone else — there is no server call behind this page, no account, and no email gate. Use it, copy your link, and close the tab.
Does Google allow review links?
Yes. Sending customers a direct link to leave a review is fine and Google provides the mechanism itself. What is not allowed is choosing who gets the link based on how happy they seem, or offering anything in exchange for a review. Ask everybody, the same way.
Where should I put my review link?
In a text message after the job closes, which is where nearly all reviews come from. Then your invoice, your email signature, and a QR code on the truck door or the leave-behind. The text is the one that works; the rest catch the people who meant to and forgot.
